How do I find the correct size?

Measure your current wearable or use a tape measure

I ordered the incorrect wearable or the wrong size wearable. Can I return it for the correct wearable/size?

Returns may be requested within 45 days of the original purchase date, and the product must be received by us within the 45-day period to qualify. Click here to fill out the return form.

How do I wash my wearable?

Remove all Transmitter Assembly components before washing.
Remove the magnetic clip before washing.
Machine wash at a cold setting; do not use high heat.
Hang dry or tumble dry at a low temperature.

How do I clean my Transmitter Cover?

Use water, isopropyl alcohol, or a mild solution of warm water and dish detergent, and a soft cloth to clean the surface. Do not use harsh solvents or ammonia-based products to clean the cover.

Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?

Items sold on this site are not eligible for HSA reimbursement, and this store does not accept HSA or FSA cards at checkout. Customers seeking reimbursement through an FSA should verify eligibility with their plan administrator prior to purchase.
